Down to a trickle
Seems like everyone I know is talking about the decision by the CRTC in Canada that will impose usage-based billing, effectively forcing small service providers to charge a similar rate as the larger companies. Preventing them from offering unlimited data transfer. If a consumer wants to download music, movies or watch netflix they will be paying much more for it. Instead of a fast flow of data, many customers will find themselves paying penalties and a throttling of bandwidth.
I decided to create the image above to exercise my editorial skills while I have some time between assignments.
