Originally this character was created as a possible illustration for some t-shirts my reps at Gerald & Cullen Rapp put out around this time each year. A different illustration ended up on a t-shirt (coming soon) but I thought this little guy was worth finishing.

Grilling the couch potato | MoneySense

The 'Couch Potato' spills the beans during an interrogation to reveal expert advise on investing for people who don't know what they're doing and don't have time to figure it out. I was asked to design a 'Couch Potato' character that would be illustrated in one full page opener along with 3 spots.
